Who answered this customer?
Every customer who messages you on WhatsApp lands in Jestor already organized, with name, phone, files and conversation in one place. Your team replies from there, nobody retypes anything, and an AI Agent can answer the usual questions. Official WhatsApp connection.
What you get: the conversation, the customer, and the order together.
You connect the company number through Meta’s official Cloud API. The number stays approved, instead of an unofficial app that drops and can ban it.
The first message opens a card with name and phone already filled in. “I need a quote for 200 units” becomes a record. Nobody copies it into a spreadsheet.
You answer in the card, next to the order fields. The customer gets it on their WhatsApp, and the reply comes back in the same thread, live.
Several people reply from the company number, and each one sees the thread as it happens. Ana writes “it ships tomorrow.” Bruno opens the card and the message is already there.
Photos and documents the customer sends stay on the card. The receipt photo and the invoice PDF land in attachments: images up to 5 MB, documents up to 100 MB.
Every message shows sent, delivered, read, or failed. The shipping note shows read, so you know they saw the tracking code. A failure shows the error next to the message.
After a day without a reply, you send an approved template from the card. “Still need help with order 1842?” When they answer, you can write freely again.
When the order moves to Shipped, an automation sends the approved message: “Your order is on the way.” Confirmations and reminders go out without anyone remembering.
The agent answers from your records. “Where’s order 1842?” gets the status on that card. You set the tone, what it must not say, such as prices, and it only updates fields you allow.
In monitored mode the agent drafts and waits for a person. “It arrives Thursday” stays in the chat until someone on the team sends it.
Each process has its own chat color. Sales in blue, support in green, so you know which WhatsApp you are in before you type, apart from internal chat.
Mark where the answer gets lost. We’ll show what your team gets.

A phone, a WhatsApp CRM and an automation tool each solve one part. Jestor brings the conversation together with the rest of the work: customer, order, files and updates.
| What you get | Jestor with integrated WhatsApp | Manual WhatsApp | WhatsApp CRM | WhatsApp automation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where you reply | Beside the order. No second app. | On the phone of whoever answered. | On the contact, inside a sales pipeline. | In the bot, far from the order. |
| A new customer writes in | One message, and the name and phone are already on a card. | Someone copies them into a spreadsheet. | A new contact in the funnel. | It lands in the bot. Your data needs another integration. |
| After the sale | Support, delivery and finance keep the same conversation. | Nothing. The chat ends on the phone. | Built for the pipeline, not for what happens next. | The flow ends. The work after it lives somewhere else. |
| Where's my order? | The AI Agent answers from your records, and only edits fields you allow. | Someone stops and looks it up. | Depends on the tool. | A menu, unless your data is integrated. |
| The customer hears about a change | Status moves to Shipped, and they already got the message. | When someone remembers to text. | A sales follow-up sequence. | Campaigns and bulk sends. |
| Two people, one customer | Both see the thread as it happens. The customer sees one number. | Whoever is holding the phone. | A queue split across salespeople. | The bot hands off to one person. |
| What you keep open | The chat, the customer, the order and the files. One place. | WhatsApp, a spreadsheet and a notebook. | The CRM, plus other tools for the rest. | A bot, a CRM and a spreadsheet. |
| Someone leaves the company | The number stays. So does every conversation. | The history leaves on their phone. | The history stays in the CRM. | The history stays in the bot. |
