Per Kissflow’s help center, “public forms are only available for Enterprise accounts,” and public-form initiators appear as guests who receive no system notifications and can’t comment on the request. Does Kissflow have field-level permissions?
Yes. On both Basic and Enterprise, each process step can set a field as editable, read-only or hidden. Roles and permissions inside Kissflow Apps are Enterprise only. Jestor offers field-level view, edit and build rules on every plan, and its AI agents inherit them.
Does Kissflow include SSO and audit logs?
SAML single sign-on, the audit log and scheduled data backup are marked Enterprise only in Kissflow's help center. Jestor offers SSO on the Dedicated plan and an audit trail for human and AI actions on every plan.
Who builds the system in Jestor?
Jestor's team does. Every plan includes a scoped setup where we map your process and build the first apps, then a review cadence (monthly on Pro, biweekly on Ops Team, weekly on Dedicated) where you request changes and we ship them. You can also make changes yourself by prompt.
Can I use AI in both?
Yes. Kissflow's AI Builder generates an app from a prompt or a requirements document, with no surcharge for AI usage. Jestor's Chat-to-App builds and edits tables, forms, apps and automations from a prompt, Ask Your Data answers questions within your permissions, and email, WhatsApp and OCR agents run inside your processes; any MCP client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) can drive it.
Can I import my Kissflow processes into Jestor?
Yes. Export your datasets and process items as CSV, and Jestor's team imports them into relational tables as part of setup, rebuilding steps as stages and automations and recreating the permission model.
Is Jestor secure?
Jestor is SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified, LGPD compliant and runs regular penetration tests; SSO is available on the Dedicated plan, and human and AI actions share one audit trail. Kissflow holds ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, is GDPR compliant and offers a HIPAA BAA, with SAML SSO and audit logs on its Enterprise plan.
What's included in each Jestor plan?
Every plan includes unlimited users. Records per table start at 10,000 (Pro), 50,000 (Ops Team) and 150,000 (Dedicated), and automation runs per month at 3,000 / 15,000 / 50,000. These are the allowances included in the price, not ceilings: both can be expanded with add-ons as your operation grows, without changing plan.
Can Jestor and Kissflow work together?
Yes. Kissflow's HTTP and webhook connectors can post to Jestor's open API, and Jestor automations can call Kissflow's REST API, so an approval in one system can update records in the other.
