Zoho Creator bills per user, and per Zoho’s own portal page, external access “is available as an add-on” licensed “based on the number of external portal users.” A PeerSpot reviewer puts it plainly: “purchasing 250 portal users can be expensive for clients who require them.” Jestor is a flat monthly fee with unlimited users on every plan, and suppliers, customers and field teams use forms and portals without a seat.
